Street Meets

What are Street Meets?

Community Resilience Network “Street Meets” are FREE, sponsored events, block parties and sausage sizzles designed to get folks together. No special training is required, and there’s no need to spend a lot of money. The goal is to create a welcoming environment where neighbours
can meet face-to-face.

Want to host your own Street Meet?

Contact us about coming to your neighbourhood, and we’ll help facilitate the entire event, from scheduling a date to house-to-house introductions.

Maybe you’d like to take the lead. No problem! We’ve got plenty of free resources, from invitation templates to equipment checklists. We’ll support you as much or as little as you want. Download our Street Leader Manual, your complete guide to planning and hosting your own Street Meets.
